DAN BREWER – Managing Director

Dan has 30+ years of business experience, including 25+ years as an executive and principal in real estate, capital placement, business development and management, including 10+ years of experience in a business consulting and management role for Accenture.

His key strengths include:

  • Fund Management. Dan has managed numerous real estate funds and private investments since the early 2000s.
  • Senior Housing. Since 2008, Dan has helped develop and raise capital for various senior housing projects and has personally invested in the sector.
  • Residential and Commercial Development. Dan has owned and invested in developments in Kansas City and Illinois.
  • Commercial Real Estate Investment. His companies have purchased, rehabilitated and sold numerous commercial properties.
  • Single Family Investment Properties. His companies have purchased, rehabilitated and resold hundreds of homes.
  • Real Estate Lending. Provided hundreds of asset-based property loans in 15 states and Mexico from a $25MM private equity fund. He also placed a number of commercial loans for clients.

 

Dan has extensive residential and commercial development experience, and has been involved in developments in multiple states. He has particular expertise in project planning and management, business development, financial analysis and capital acquisition and utilization. He is often consulted to help formulate and critique business plans and provide his perspective on various real estate investments. He has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems.
