Outstanding Investment Sales Opportunity for a Closer!

Bridge Capital Management, based in Lenexa, Kansas, is a real estate private equity sponsor focused on recession-resilient asset classes.  The Bridge Capital Management team is currently hiring for an experienced investment sales professional with real estate experience.

The right person will be responsible for delivering an exceptional investor experience to our clients. This includes educating new clients about the advantages of passive investing and raising capital from them to participate in our investments. You should possess a combination of interpersonal skills, a burning desire to succeed, and a strong attention to detail. You will report directly to senior management and be well positioned to help manage a sales team as the Company continues its rapid growth.

What you will be doing:
Calling new high-net worth individuals who have joined one of our platforms to educate them about the Company and our investment opportunities. Educate investors about specific deals, answer their questions, overcome objections and ask for their participation in an investment. Speak intelligently about the benefits of real estate investing and general market trends. Reach out to potential investors to grow our user base. Help build protocols for a growing sales team and critical function of the company.

Skills, Talents, Experience you will need:Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required. At least 5 years of relevant investment sales (real estate or other) and/or wealth management experience. Must have solid experience closing over the phone and experience managing and interacting with high net worth individuals. Must have a strong understanding of real estate investing. Previous sales experience in a commission-based environment is a plus. Must have the ability to overcome objections, present opportunities clearly, and drive investment sales. This is a commission based position.
